About the Project
Following the passing of Dean Rohrbach, West Reading's acclaimed Elm Street manager, the local community expressed their desires for a mural dedicated to his memory. This idea developed into Our Wings to Remember, a project that not only honors Dean's memory, but several others who had a creative influence in West Reading. The wings include...
